海朋律师事务所于1998年在江苏成立，于2005年初迁址上海。

Highper Law Firm was established in May, 1998 in Jiangsu and moved to Shanghai at the beginning of 2005.

The Firm is one of the 59 law firms which are approved by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities Regulatory Commission to provide services for the foreign companies whose business related to the benefits in China.
